The recreation coordinator provides leadership, administration, and teaching for student training, personal training, group fitness, and well-Being programs while assisting with the management of twu summer camps. Key duties include planning and supporting fitness programs, overseeing student trainer recruitment and documentation, and managing well-Being programming through student leaders.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human kinetics, recreation, fitness, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in recreational programming, specifically involving fitness and summer camp operations. Current nsca-Cpt and first aid certifications are mandatory prior to the start date.
