Key duties include creating a safe and stimulating environment for participants and providing feedback to program administrators for program improvement.
Candidates must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages. A grade 12 diploma is required, and emergency first-Aid and cpr certification must be obtained before the camp start date, along with a police record check.
