Campus Lead at Hillel McMaster

The campus lead will serve as a trusted jewish presence, building relationships with students and empowering student leaders while managing and coaching a team of two staff members. This role involves developing and implementing strategic engagement plans in partnership with hillel leadership to deepen student involvement and expand programming reach.

Manager level requires 3+ years of relevant experience in campus engagement or nonprofit leadership, strong understanding of gen z culture, and proven ability to lead and mentor staff. Director level requires 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, strong strategic thinking, and demonstrated success in team and budget management.
