Requirements summary
Applicants must have completed a secondary school diploma and be between 18 and 30 years old at the start of employment, with first aid/Cpr training required. Postsecondary studies or previous experience in fields like early childhood education, child and youth work, or social work is preferred, along with sensitivity working with diverse families.
