Core responsibilities
The learning & development manager will lead the l&d team in developing, implementing, and managing learning strategies and programs for external service providers to enhance performance for jobseeker clients. This includes overseeing the training and power of possible teams, leading needs analysis, curriculum design, and overseeing training delivery for up to 700 professionals annually.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with over 4 years of professional experience building, delivering, and evaluating training portfolios. Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing teams and external relationships are essential for success in this role.
