Coordinator, Residence Community Life

The coordinator is key in fostering residential learning environments by providing programs and support services for student success, enforcing community standards, and developing leadership opportunities. This role also involves ensuring facilities meet resident needs and resolving student issues to support academic pursuits.

Minimum requirements include an undergraduate degree or equivalent education/Experience, plus at least two years of experience living and/Or working in a university residence environment. Candidates must also be able to work emergency after-Hours standby rotations and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-Solving skills.
