Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of full-Cycle recruitment experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to executive searches, preferably in the post-Secondary sector. Expertise in executive sourcing methodologies, competency-Based interviewing, and exceptional executive presence communication skills are essential.
