Lead, Strategic Initiatives

The lead provides senior strategic project leadership and executive-Level coordination within the faculty of medicine & dentistry, driving the planning, delivery, and integration of faculty-Wide strategic initiatives. This role also offers expert advice, analysis, and executive support to the dean and senior leadership team to enable informed decision-Making.

A minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent experience, along with over 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a relevant leadership role within a complex institutional or academic environment, is required. Candidates must possess strong strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills, along with political acuity for handling sensitive matters.
