Business Analyst

The business analyst ensures systems and processes effectively support alumni engagement, philanthropic, and stewardship imperatives by leading the lifecycle of business processes and systems projects. A primary focus is managing the functionality of the foundational fundraising and alumni engagement erp system, supporting data analytics, and leading small-To-Mid-Sized technical projects.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, along with 5 years of directly related experience and project management experience. Essential qualifications include strong analytical, diagnostic, communication, and problem-Solving skills, expert knowledge of the ellucian advance erp system, and knowledge of relevant compliance regulations.
