Requirements summary
Candidates must possess excellent knowledge of 'birth to 5 matters', typical child development stages, and the eyfs, holding a full and relevant level 3 or above early years qualification. Essential requirements also include a minimum grade 4 or c in maths and english gcses and proven ability to manage key person systems, safeguarding, health & safety, and prepare for ofsted visits.
