Core responsibilities

  • Document internal procedures related to graduate student funding and employment.
  • Assist in carrying out internal processes, including preparing paperwork for award payments, payroll actions, and maintaining accurate payment databases.
  • Manage and respond to email inquiries related to graduate student funding and employment.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Provide administrative support to graduate award adjudication committees
