The clinical & quality lead supports excellence in clinical practice through staff education, coaching, and quality improvement leadership, functioning as a trusted clinical leader and mentor for frontline staff. This role involves translating organizational policies and goals into daily practice while championing continuous learning and clinical excellence.
The position requires modeling the organization's mission and values, actively participating in leadership functions, and assuming leadership responsibilities in the resident care manager's absence, including participation in an on-Call rotation. Candidates must be able to deal effectively with emergent clinical situations and creatively plan and deliver relevant education tailored to staff learning needs.
