Core responsibilities
The graduate enrolment advisor represents the university to prospective graduate students, manages a north american portfolio to meet enrolment targets, and develops programming to support student success. Responsibilities are divided among prospect cultivation, application funnel management, strategic projects, and direct academic/Learning support for graduate students.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in a relevant field being an asset, alongside a minimum of three years of preferred experience in post-Secondary education. Candidates must possess strong communication and relationship-Building skills, familiarity with student recruitment environments, and a commitment to the university's mission, including the ability to travel approximately 6-8 weeks per year.
