Sessional Lecturer - PHL240H5S - Minds and Machines

The role involves all normal duties related to designing and teaching a university credit course, including preparing and delivering content, developing and marking assignments, calculating grades, and holding regular office hours. The appointment is for the summer 2026 academic session, running from july 1, 2026, to august 31, 2026.

Candidates must possess a phd, preferably in philosophy, and prior experience as a course instructor, ideally in philosophy at the university of toronto. Advanced prior knowledge of the course subject matter and related teaching experience are required, with related research and achievement considered an asset.
