IRE3640H-F Recruitment and Selection - Sessional Lecturer

The lecturer will be responsible for preparing a course syllabus, delivering 12 two-Hour lectures, being available for student office hours, and assessing student work to provide final course grades according to university guidelines. The course focuses on advanced topics in recruitment and selection, emphasizing empirical and theoretical approaches within the hr system.

Minimum qualifications require a completed phd in industrial relations, human resources, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of advanced degrees and professional background, along with expert knowledge of the subject area. Demonstrated ability in university teaching and previous experience teaching a similar course are preferred qualifications.
