Team Leader Teen Night

The team leader will ensure service excellence by overseeing the supervision and safe operation of teen nights programs, adhering to ymca regulations and standards. This role involves coordinating program delivery, supporting teen council meetings, and ensuring activities achieve identified youth participant outcomes.

Candidates must have post-Secondary education in a related field and certification from ymca canada in healthy adolescent development. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous experience in youth outreach or leadership development programs is required, with supervisory experience being an asset.
