Crew Leader, Ravine Youth Team - Seasonal

The crew leader is responsible for the implementation and coordination of work tasks, schedules, and outputs for the ravine youth team program, while supporting internal and external stakeholder relations in collaboration with management. Major responsibilities include coordinating daily program implementation, assigning and overseeing crew members on tasks like planting and clean-Ups, and ensuring quality control and safety adherence.

Candidates must have a post-Secondary diploma or degree in a related field such as resource management or environmental science, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. A valid ontario class g2 driver's license and standard first aid & cpr/Aed level c certification are mandatory requirements.
