Core responsibilities
The driver trainer is responsible for teaching employees how to safely and professionally operate all company-Owned vehicles and providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-Paced setting. Duties include conducting driver assessments, delivering division training programs, and facilitating license upgrading for b class licensing.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a valid b or f class license held for a minimum of 3 years, along with a clean driver abstract and a clean criminal record search including vulnerable sector screening. Proven excellent customer service skills, strong knowledge of the durham region, and flexibility for evening/Weekend availability are also required.
