This role involves providing general climbing instruction and guidance in a safe and enthusiastic environment while encouraging members to improve their climbing abilities and fitness. Key duties include explaining equipment usage, monitoring the climbing area for safety adherence, assisting with classes and events, and maintaining area cleanliness.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school degree or equivalent and be able to occasionally scale the climbing wall structure and repetitively lift over 20 lbs. Required certifications include first aid and infant/Child and adult cpr/Aed within 60 days of hire, along with completing specific internal training modules prior to the first day.
