Core responsibilities
The kids camp counselor leads children aged three to twelve through various activities including rock climbing, swimming, field trips, arts & crafts, and gym games, while incorporating nutrition education. They must maintain a high level of safety and fun for all participants.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have one year of camp experience and complete the life time summer camp counselor certification before the camp season begins. First aid and infant/Child and adult cpr/Aed certifications are required within the first 60 days of hire.
