A minimum two-Year diploma in a related field like indigenous studies or business is required, though equivalent education and experience may be accepted, along with five years of cumulative experience working with indigenous communities, adult clients, managing vendors, planning indigenous events, and communications writing. Additional requirements include a food handling certificate and fire safety training, plus demonstrated close connections to an indigenous community.
