The role involves assisting with communication, marketing, and liaison activities to encourage student use of support services.
A minimum of three years of experience in student mentoring is required, along with experience using spreadsheet software like excel and analyzing statistical data. A relevant degree or diploma in social sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is also necessary.
