The student learning centre representative staffs the in-Person slc kiosk, providing directional inquiries and greeting/Assisting students and clients. Duties also include monitoring and responding to various inquiries, assisting with meeting room bookings, and providing feedback to improve slc processes.
Applicants must be current, domestic algonquin college students eligible for the college student employment program (Csep), demonstrating financial need via osap or out-Of-Province assistance. Required skills include strong english communication, previous front-Line customer service experience, initiative, problem-Solving abilities, and proficiency with software like microsoft office.
