A minimum of a two-Year diploma or graduate certificate in employment/Career counselling, social work, or human resources is required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of prior experience in employment advisement or career development guidance for diverse client groups, including those receiving social assistance or individuals with disabilities.
