Primary responsibilities include intake/Assessment, job recruitment, developing employer partnerships, counselling, supportive activities, consulting, advocacy, referrals, documentation, treatment planning, goal development, and evaluation for youth aged 16-19.
Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in social services and a minimum of five years of experience working with this high-Risk youth population, including knowledge of related issues and cultural sensitivity. Required experience also covers counselling related to substance abuse, disabilities, mental health, trauma, case management, and job development/Monitoring.
