Responsibilities include case management, developing treatment plans, supervising and evaluating staff, and liaising with external parties like schools and social workers. The role also involves working shifts, including cooking and light housekeeping, and participating in an on-Call rotation.
Applicants must possess post-Secondary education in a related field (E.g., psychology, social work, child & youth care) along with a minimum of three years of experience working with level 4/5 children and youth, and two years of supervisory experience in a community-Living setting. A valid driver's license, first aid/Cpr certification, and commitment to working with high-Needs youth are also mandatory.
