The coach is responsible for conducting gymnastics practices for groups of 8-10 athletes, focusing on flexibility, conditioning, skill instruction, spotting, and developing usag dp routines across all four events. Essential duties also include preparing and executing practice plans, ensuring equipment safety, attending all meets, maintaining records, and communicating with athletes and parents.
Candidates must possess at least one year of usag competitive gymnastics coaching experience and the ability to spot all skills associated with the assigned group levels. Required certifications include cpr/Fa/Aed and obtaining a usag competitive coach membership by the start date, alongside demonstrating high energy and motivation.
