Staff Researcher II / Data Analyst

The staff researcher ii will proactively manage research projects involving multiple partners and sensitive data, focusing on informing state of colorado policy development and budget decisions. Key tasks include preparing and administering data collection tools, managing and cleaning datasets, performing various analyses, and effectively communicating technical findings to lay audiences.

Candidates must possess a master's degree with graduate-Level coursework in research methods, data science, statistics, econometrics, or psychometrics, along with at least five years of relevant experience, including two years in a similar organization. Required experience includes project management of research projects, working with large administrative datasets, and interacting with government and the policy-Making process.
