Associate Director, Debate Across Curriculum

The associate director will assist in the administration of the debate across the curriculum program, which includes recruiting faculty, designing and facilitating classroom debates, and planning public debates on campus. This role also involves conducting research on program effectiveness and collaborating on publishing findings.

Required qualifications include an m.a. In communication studies or a related field, along with 2-4 years of related experience, specifically in planning and facilitating public debates and a record of publication in debate pedagogy. Candidates should possess a sophisticated understanding of debate pedagogy and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
