Manager of Advisor Development - Denver, CO

The manager of advisor development will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing private wealth planners and new business developers, including leading various training pathways and facilitating educational events in-Person and virtually. This role also involves coaching, mentoring planners and developers to help them achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and maintaining up-To-Date coaching materials.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and detail-Oriented, capable of leading firm-Wide training initiatives covering basic to advanced topics, including epic planning and support systems. Responsibilities include partnering with the regional vice president for performance support, continuously improving educational resources, and actively tracking kpis to ensure attainment of company objectives.
