The coach is responsible for conducting gymnastics practices for groups of 8-10 athletes, focusing on flexibility, conditioning, skill instruction, spotting, and developing usag xcel routines across all four events. This includes preparing practice plans, managing equipment setup/Teardown, ensuring safety, attending all meets, and maintaining athlete progress records.
Required qualifications include at least one year of usag competitive gymnastics coaching experience and the ability to spot all skills associated with the assigned group level. Candidates must also obtain cpr/First aid/Aed certification and usag competitive coach membership by the start date, alongside demonstrating high energy and motivation.
