Vocational Specialist

Assess vocational potential through interviews, evaluations of work, education, and medical conditions. Identify transferable skills, conduct labor market surveys, and prepare expert reports for clients and stakeholders. Provide one-To-One support and group facilitation for employment preparation.

While fresh graduates are welcomed, 2 years of experience in vocational evaluation, rehabilitation, or an insurance-Based setting is an asset. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required, with degrees in social work or psychology being advantageous. Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
