Secondary duties include acting as a production floor training facilitator, analyzing job task knowledge, and supporting continuous improvement activities for the training function.
Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence without authority, and knowledge of compliance standards in manufacturing, along with solid proficiency in microsoft office tools, especially powerpoint. A college diploma or university degree in a technical, technology, or engineering program is required, along with a minimum of one professional ipc trainer's credential (Ipc 7711/7721).
