Senior Camp Counsellor, Arts and Special Programs

The senior camp counsellor supports the section head by planning, supervising, and facilitating arts and special programs, focusing on best guest experience and consistent program delivery. This role involves providing on-Floor leadership, mentoring counsellors, and acting as a front-Line facilitator while ensuring program safety and smooth operation.

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, including patience and communication, along with experience in arts, creative, or event-Based programming and team-Building skills. Required qualifications include current standard first aid and cpr 'c' certification and a vulnerable sector police record check.
