The arts & culture associate editor is primarily responsible for producing 'the spotlight,' a segment of the silhouette and 93.3 cfmu’s frequency series, acting as the main host for the show. This role involves working with staff reporters to generate show segments and maintaining high editorial integrity for all broadcast content.

Candidates must possess strong verbal communication and on-Air hosting abilities, along with the skill to conduct in-Depth, professional interviews while adhering to strict production deadlines. A working knowledge of canadian press style, journalistic ethics, and basic audio editing skills are necessary for this position.
