The training & orientation coordinator is responsible for organizing the recruitment of new volunteers for the emergency first response team (Efrt) and managing the ongoing training and evaluation of current efrt members.
Candidates must have previous experience with efrt, be certified as an emergency medical responder with cpr level hcp, and possess standard first aid and cpr instructor certification. Required abilities include strong judgment for decision-Making regarding training and protocol, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.
