The program manager is responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the program and its activities in community/Classroom settings within the assigned region, ensuring program objectives are met with excellence and operational systems are effective and compliant. This role involves overseeing program delivery, providing direct support and coaching to program staff, and ensuring participants receive a high-Quality, positive experience with long-Term impact.
Candidates must have a university degree or college diploma in education, non-Profit management, outdoor recreation, or a related field, along with five years of relevant experience in program delivery, education, camps, management, or operations, preferably in the non-Profit or youth development sector. Fluency in both french and english is required, along with access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
