The waterfront program & lifeguard supervisor will directly supervise and coordinate waterfront program leaders, overseeing the safe organization and implementation of all water-Related programs and offsite trips. This role also involves performing as part of the greater camp towhee supervisor team, contributing to staff training and team building activities.
Candidates need two or more years of post-Secondary education or equivalent experience, with previous professional experience in a camp environment strongly preferred. Essential requirements include current national lifeguard certification (Or commitment to obtain it), standard first aid with cpr c, and the ability to pass a police record check with vulnerable sector screening.
