The network intern will support the network team by helping maintain and support campus network and telephony operations, including wired/Wireless upkeep and end-User support for staff and students. Key duties involve assisting senior technicians with troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting simple telephony tasks, and providing first-Level end-User support for network or voice-Related problems.
Applicants must be current, domestic algonquin college students eligible for the college student employment program (Csep), demonstrating financial need via osap or out-Of-Province aid. Required qualifications include partial completion of secondary school education or equivalent, fundamental reading/Writing/Arithmetic skills, and up to six months of practical experience.
