The district manager will be responsible for all facets of food services and operations, including budgeting, financial oversight, weekly analysis, and ensuring adherence to both client and compass standards. This role also requires managing onsite partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning and directing multi-Unit food services operations, ideally within a commercial or institutional setting. A post-Secondary degree or diploma in hospitality or food service management is required, along with proven experience managing a unionized environment.
