The behavioural support worker is responsible for providing direct support to children and youth with autism spectrum disorder and/Or neurodevelopmental conditions, implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining a safe environment. They will also participate in collaborative care meetings and assist with personal care and hygiene as necessary.
Candidates are required to have a degree or diploma in a health-Related field and cpr, first aid, and non-Violent crisis prevention and intervention certification. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is ideal, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
