The position is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of strategic marketing and communications initiatives targeting prospective students and other audiences to support algonquin college's lead generation and conversion programs, measuring success by student enrollment. The incumbent will also maintain statistical data for tracking marketing effectiveness and ensure alignment with the college’s overarching strategic plan and recruitment objectives.
Required qualifications include a three-Year diploma/Degree in advertising or marketing or a directly related field, along with five years of experience encompassing results-Driven marketing, relationship management, project management, and budget management. Candidates must also possess in-Depth knowledge of digital/Print production and experience running large campaigns on platforms like google ads, meta, and tiktok.
