The incumbent will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive communications programs across multiple platforms to support their client portfolio, ensuring digital communications support strategic enrolment management goals from prospect through to registered student. This role involves providing expert guidance, leveraging technical and communication skills, and leading coordination for outreach supporting admission conversion and student retention.
A minimum three-Year diploma/Degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, or digital marketing is required, along with at least five years of results-Driven marketing communications experience, including two years in email marketing/Marketing automation systems. Essential skills include excellent written/Oral communication, proficiency in microsoft office, data analysis, client relationship management platforms, project management, and graphic design best practices.
