The office coordinator oversees general office functions, including ordering, various accounting entries (Ap, ar, sales, inventory), filing, cheque requisitions, payroll entry into kronos, and financial analysis for university and district accounts. This role also involves supervising daily data collection, completing basic accounting reports, assisting with management reports, and managing client meal plans by interacting with students.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience. Candidates must possess advanced skills in microsoft excel, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
