As the lead counselor for the youngest campers (Ages 4-5), the role involves implementing and managing the camp day structure using provided resources, managing a support staff team, and ensuring the baseline needs of the young campers are met. Additional duties include sparking conversations with staff, campers, and parents, and taking ownership of a mini-Program.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of two months of experience working with camp-Age children, with one year preferred, in any setting. Candidates must also be first aid & cpr certified before the first day of camp and must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
