The assistant director will help run all facets of a self-Directed summer camp, building relationships with parents and children while overseeing day-To-Day operations to ensure smooth and safe functioning. This role involves training, leading, and inspiring a team, and potentially managing site operations independently when the director is absent.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and possess a minimum of two months of camp experience or one year in education/Child care. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and prior management or leadership experience.
