The specialist will lead and supervise mentees and mentors while applying the addie model to design and deliver impactful training programs covering technical skills, safety, and soft skills for the railway workforce. Responsibilities also include conducting needs analyses, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with railway safety regulations.
Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in track inspection on a major railway and 3–5 years in training and development roles, including hands-On experience with railway maintenance machinery. Essential knowledge includes canadian railway operating rules, track inspection guidelines, and expertise in the addie methodology, along with a valid ontario class 'g' driver's license.
