The youth outreach worker promotes engagement of at-Risk youth and their families in the community and increases youth access to opportunities. Responsibilities include providing referral services and facilitating youth movement through various support systems.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience with at-Risk populations and experience in harm reduction and crisis intervention. A valid driver's license and a satisfactory criminal records search are also required.
