The children’s services manager is responsible for managing service delivery to children in dilico’s care and providing direction and supervision to child care workers. They ensure that services and related programs adhere to dilico's policies and the legal framework of the child and family services act.
Candidates must have a minimum of a three-Year bsw or other social sciences degree, with three or more years of experience in child welfare/Protection services. Supervisory experience and direct service experience with anishinabek children and families are preferred.
