The coordinator is responsible for planning and executing events and programming to enhance the student experience and otsu reputation, which includes managing logistics, risk assessments, and budgetary reviews for all activities. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining positive partnerships through securing sponsorship and funding opportunities for events and services.
A post-Secondary education in a related field such as event management or communications is required, though relevant experience may substitute. Candidates must demonstrate experience in large-Scale event coordination (1000+ attendees) and fundraising partnerships, possessing strong organizational and high-Pressure response skills.
